Probation Violation

Officer out with two subjects,” 28-year old Annamarie Newell, Coos Bay, charged with Probation Violation and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille. “Male was permanently trespassed from location.”

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Sept. 10, 9:07 p.m., Newmark & Morrison, “officer out with male,” 38-year old Colin David Peckham, transient, arrested on CBPD warrants charging Failure to Appear on Criminal Mischief charge and Failure to Appear Contempt of Court. Cited in lieu of custody.

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Sept. 12, 12:39 a.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., Mill Casino, “assault at location,” 49-year old Debra S. Munsil “will be referred to the DA’s Office for Domestic Harassment, suspect trespassed 1 year from Casino.”
