DUII
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Sept. 28, 6:33 p.m., 3300 block Broadway Ave., “following up on ATL intoxicated driver,” 43-year old Tommy Ray DeShields Jr., Coos Bay, charged with DUII (refusal), Driving with No Operator’s License, Failure to Carry Present Insurance and Failure to Carry and Present. Vehicle impounded, subject transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Resisting Arrest
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Sept. 28, 10:19 p.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., “Mill Security request officer respond for DOC male being detained, request he be trespassed by PD. Officers respond and contacted the subject,” 24-year old Timothy Alan Buhr, North Bend, charged with Disorderly Conduct II, Criminal Trespass II & Resisting. Issued Permanent Trespass from the Mill Casino & Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille. Female involved, 29-year old Kristen Nichole Mason, North Bend, warned Misuse of 911, “issued permanent trespass from the Mill Casino and left the property.”
