North Coast Camel Ride Operator Accused of Video Peeping, Dec. 21

A 48-year old Pacific City male, who operated a Camel Riding business on the North Coast, has been arrested on two-counts of First-Degree Invasion of Privacy & two charges of Tampering with Evidence after a female juvenile reportedly discovered a video camera hidden under a bathroom sink at his business. John David Bonander was allegedly making plans to leave the North Coast when investigators arrived at his residence. He reportedly had a “go-bag” filled with passports, birth certificates and was also carrying a large amount of cash. Bonander operated West Coast Camel Rides in south Tillamook Co.
