Law enforcement officers on the North Oregon Coast are seeking a suspect in the shooting of a 36-year old male at a hotel in Seaside Sunday, Nov. 12. The unidentified 36-year old victim from Washington was wounded and flown to a Portland-area hospital. The shooting occurred about 2 a.m. at the Beachside Inn. Investigators say it was not a random act and that the suspect and victim had met before the shooting.
