On December 3, 2015 at about 4AM, multiple law enforcement agencies responded to Rockaway Beach on the North Oregon Coast for the search of a shooting suspect. According to a news release from the Oregon State Police, “There are no reported injuries to anyone at this time.” OSP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Nolan Seth OTEY, age 21. He was seen on foot in Rockaway Beach wearing a black jacket and dark jeans. He is 5’7″ and weighs 150 pounds. OTEY should be considered armed and dangerous. If he is sighted the public is urged to call 911. More information will be released when it is available. Update, 10:49 a.m. – The suspect from this morning’s shooting in Rockaway Beach, Nolan OTEY, has been taken into custody.
