Beginning on Thursday, September 19, 2019, To The Point Land Surveying will be collecting field survey data on six locations around Mingus Pond. This work is part of the preliminary investigation required to design fishing piers at these locations. A survey crew will be working in the area of the four proposed fishing piers, the water inlet at the North end of the pond and the drainage structure at the Southerly end of the pond. Survey equipment will be set up over the course of these two days in these six locations. There
will be no impacts to public use during the time of this work. Work will be completed by 6:00 PM on Friday. This work is being accomplished for the City of Coos Bay by To The Point Land Surveying in conjunction with the project design engineers, ZCS Engineers.
