The Oregon Air National Guard will continue its salute to hospitals and health workers Friday, May 15, with scheduled flyovers on the South Coast. The OANG started last week with flyovers in the state. This week it will be Southern Oregon and the South Coast. The 173rd Fighter Wing, Kingsley Field in Klamath Falls, will perform the flyovers to salute healthcare workers for their work on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic. The jets should be visible between 10:05 and 10:40 a.m. The planned flight route includes flyovers at the following locations and times: 10:05 a.m.: Asante Ashland Community Hospital, Ashland; 10:07 a.m.: Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, Medford; 10:09 a.m.: Providence Medford Medical Center, Medford; 10:25 a.m.: Bay Area Hospital, Coos Bay; 10:28 a.m.: Coquille Valley Hospital, Coquille; 10:31 a.m.: Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center, Bandon.
