News release City of Coos Bay. Ocean Blvd between Norman Avenue and Pacific Loop will be under construction July 20th – July 21st for pavement marking reconfiguration. Traffic will be allowed through the construction site at all times, but motorists should expect minimal delays due to lane closures.
