SALEM, Ore. – The Fish Passage Rules Revision Sub-Committee will meet Tuesday, Sept. 14, from 2-5 p.m., virtually through Microsoft Teams. The meeting is open to the public, and public participation is encouraged. The bill requires ODFW to create and implement rules for voluntary restoration weirs by next spring. The draft rules were posted for public comment in August. This meeting will discuss the changes to the draft rules resulting from public input. ODFW will hold additional meetings and another public comment period as the rules process progresses.
