SALEM, Ore.—Oregon’s Fish Passage Task Force will meet Friday, Feb. 28 at the ODFW Headquarters Classroom Conference Room located at 4034 Fairview Industrial DR SE in Salem. The Task Force meeting will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is open to the public. The agenda includes a fish passage waiver and two fish passage exemption requests, plus updates on ODFW fish passage program initiatives and projects. There is a public comment period from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m. Public participation is encouraged. The nine-member Task Force meets regularly to advise ODFW on fish passage policies and issues. Task Force members represent water users and owners-operators, fisheries and conservation interests, and the general public-at-large.
