SALEM, Ore. – ODFW seeks public comment on the Statewide Culvert Repair Programmatic Agreement (CRPA) with the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT). Previous CRPA agreements were implemented in 2015 and 2018. This public comment solicitation is in advance of the next Oregon Fish Passage Task Force Meeting scheduled for Friday, Dec. 3, 2021. At this public meeting, the Department will present the draft agreement to the Task Force for their consideration and recommendation. The Agreement, the Task Force’s recommendation(s) and any public comment(s) will be presented to the Oregon Fish and Wildlife Commission for a final decision in February 2022.
