ODFW to host meeting on weed management at Cape Meares Lake, June 1

ODFW release – TILLAMOOK, Ore. — The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife will host a meeting to discuss weed management at Cape Meares Lake on Thursday, June 1. The meeting will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. at the ODFW office in Tillamook, 4907 3rd St. Cape Meares Lake is being overtaken by Eurasian milfoil, an aquatic invasive plant. ODFW staff will present plans for treating the lake and restoring angling opportunity and recreational access.
