SALEM — The Oregon Transportation Commission will meet Wednesday, July 15 and Thursday, July 16 to conduct a formal business meeting and workshop respectively. The formal meeting and workshop will be held virtually to ensure public access while maintaining social distance in response to the current COVID-19 pandemic. Items on the agenda include: Formal business meeting: Adoption of the final 2021-2024 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program. Approval of ODOT’s proposed 2021-2023 Agency Request Budget and proposed policy option packages. An overview of the purpose and progress of ODOT’s Office of Social Equity, including ADA and DBE Program updates. Status updates from ODOT’s Climate Office and Urban Mobility Office. Commission workshop: An introduction to the implementing actions of a joint OTC and ODOT Strategic Plan. Discussion and approval of joint OTC and ODOT Priorities and Goals. Discussion of communications needs and ongoing efforts to inform internal and external stakeholders about the work of the agency and the priorities and goals of the OTC/ODOT Strategic Plan.
