GRAND RONDE–A bridge repair project starting Monday will require a lane closure of OR 22 four miles west of Grand Ronde in Polk County. A bridge crew will be repairing the rail on the historic Mercier Bridge at milepost 1.5. It will require one lane to be closed with 24-7 flagging of two-way traffic until the work is completed. Crews are hoping to have the work completed by November 25. The bridge’s rail was damaged when a large truck hit the bridge rail earlier this fall. Expect short delays.
