The Oregon Albacore Commission will hold a Special Meeting Conference Call on Friday, February 28 at 9am to discuss an administrative rule change to add Secretary/Treasurer to the list of officers and to discuss the US/Canada 2014 fishing regime prior to the March PFMC meeting.
