Oregon Coast Culinary Institute to offer two special 4-course lunches in September, Aug. 21

Oregon Coast Culinary Institute’s talented chef instructors, a decorated graduate from the 2012 Youth Team, and current students are preparing to compete in the “Culinary Cup” competition in Orlando, Florida being held later in September. To prepare, chefs and students will be practicing their recipes and letting the community taste the results at two special lunch events planned for September 3 and 4, 2014. The “Culinary Cup” competition is the largest hot food competition in the United States! The competition requires that precise guidelines are followed utilizing specific ingredients and methods. A limited number of seats are available for Wednesday, September 3rd and Thursday, September 4th. The four-course lunches, consisting of duck, seafood, beef and a delicious dessert, are being held at noon at the Oregon Coast Culinary Institute. Price is $15.00 per person.
