OHA release – Just Posted: Flu Bites Report for Week 06, February 7 – February 13, 2021 – Summary: During Week 06, 0.5% of all emergency department visits in Oregon were due to influenza-like illness (ILI). Among Oregon labs reporting to the National Respiratory and Enteric Virus Surveillance System (NREVSS) and the state health department, 0.1% of specimens tested were positive for influenza. No influenza-related hospitalizations were reported during the week in the Portland tri-county metropolitan area. 31 COVID-19-related hospitalizations were reported during the week in the Portland tri-county metropolitan area.
