Oregon International Port of Coos Bay, Dec. 17

The Board of Commissioners of the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay will hold its Regular Commission Meeting at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, December 17, 2015, in the Port Commission Chambers, 125 Central Avenue, Suite 230, Coos Bay, Oregon 97420. A resolution to adopt a supplemental budget will be considered at this regularly scheduled Commission meeting. An Executive Session has also been scheduled on Thursday, December 17, 2015, immediately after the Commission Meeting, in the Port’s Conference Room, located at 125 Central Avenue, Suite 230, Coos Bay, Oregon 97420, as authorized under ORS 192.660, to: (d) conduct deliberations with person designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations; (e) conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions; (f) consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection; (g) consider preliminary negotiations involving matters of trade or commerce in which the governing body is in competition with governing bodies in other states or nations; (h) consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.
