Oregon International Port of Coos Bay, June 19

The Board of Commissioners of the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay will hold its Regular Commission Meeting and a Budget Hearing for the 2017/18 Fiscal Year Budget at 6:30 p.m., Monday, June 19, 2017, in the Port Commission Chambers, 125 West Central Avenue, Suite 230, Coos Bay, Oregon 97420. A resolution to adopt a supplemental budget will be considered at this regularly scheduled Commission meeting. An Executive Session has also been scheduled on Monday, June 19, 2017, immediately after the Commission Meeting, in the Port’s Conference Room, located at 125 West Central Avenue, Suite 230, Coos Bay, Oregon 97420, as authorized under ORS 192.660, to: (e) conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions; (g) consider preliminary negotiations involving matters of trade or commerce in which the governing body is in competition with governing bodies in other states or nations; (h) consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed; and (j) carry on negotiations under ORS Chapter 293 with private persons or businesses regarding proposed acquisition, exchange or liquidation of public investments.
