News release CBPL. Coos Bay Public Library, in collaboration with state certified instructor Mike Zinno, will be offering an OREGON LEARNERS PERMIT PREP-CLASS for individuals who need help with passing the Oregon DMV Permit Test. This class will be held on Friday, August 25th, from 9:00am to 3:00pm in the library’s Myrtlewood Room. Mike will go through the entire manual in a one-day session. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lunch and eat while they learn! No registration required. This FREE class is open to everyone.
