Jillian Alleyne scored 29 points and grabbed 18 rebounds as the Oregon women’s basketball team won for the fifth straight time, pummelling Southern, 130-90, on Wednesday night at Matthew Knight Arena. The 130 points were just one shy of the season-high 131 points the Ducks scored against Bakersfield to open the regular season, which is both a school and Pac-12 record. It was the fourth game in a row Oregon (7-2) scored 100 points and the sixth time this season. The Ducks used all 15 players, and 14 of them scored as the bench poured in 47 points.

Angus Brandt scored a career-high 27 points as Oregon State overpowered Towson, 76-67, Wednesday night at Gill Coliseum. Brandt displayed his versatility, spreading out the offense while also being a force to be reckoned with inside. The Australian senior grabbed six boards for the Beavers, to go with his career night offensively, converting on 10-of-15 shots from the field. Devon Collier showed his interior abilities, powering his way to 13 points and seven rebounds. The Bronx, N.Y. native also dished out five assists on the night. Oregon State (6-2) dominated inside, outscoring Towson (7-5) 36-22 in the paint. The Beavers also led the assist differential 18-11 over the Tigers.
