Oregon beat visiting Wyoming 48-14 Saturday at Autzen Stadium in Eugene. The Ducks (3-0) play at Washington State this Saturday to open Pac-12 play. Oregon State had the weekend off. The Beavers host San Diego State in a non-conference game this coming Saturday in Corvallis.

The Oregon volleyball team swept the weekend with a straight-set win against Michigan, Saturday, 25-17, 25-19, 27-25. After the No. 18 Oregon volleyball team dropped its first set against No. 23 Michigan State 25-22, Friday night, the Ducks found their stride and were unrelenting in the final three sets, winning 25-13, 25-15, 25-12. Oregon State’s volleyball team (7-1) was dealt their first loss of the season after the No. 23 Michigan State Spartans (5-3) came out on top of a 3-1 score Saturday night (24-26, 26-24, 23-25, 21-25). The four set match had two sets take extra points, totaled 11 lead changes and the scored tied 31 times between the two teams. On Friday night, OSU came out on top of a 5-set thriller against the visiting Michigan Wolverines (25-17, 21-25, 25-22, 22-25, 15-13). The Beavers 7-0 start to the season was the second best in school history.
