Oregon Health Authority reported 337 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19 as of 12:01 a.m. Sunoday bringing the state total to 37,255. The new confirmed and presumptive COVID-19 cases reported today are in the following counties: Benton (1), Clackamas (37), Columbia (3), Coos (2), Crook (2), Curry (11), Deschutes (12), Douglas (4), Jackson (2), Josephine (7), Klamath (5), Lane (19), Lincoln (1), Linn (12), Malheur (5), Marion (50), Multnomah (78), Polk (5), Tillamook (2), Umatilla (12), Wasco (1), Washington (62), Wheeler (1) and Yamhill (3). Oregon’s 595th COVID-19 death is a 73-year-old man in Lane County who tested positive on Sept. 20 and died on Sept. 30 at McKenzie Willamette Medical Center. He had underlying conditions. Oregon’s 596th COVID-19 death is a 91-year-old woman in Multnomah County who tested positive on Aug. 17 and died on Aug. 18 in her residence. Presence of underlying conditions is being confirmed. Oregon’s 597th COVID-19 death is an 86-year-old woman in Wasco County who tested positive on Sept. 18 and died on Sept. 30 in her residence. She had underlying conditions. Oregon’s 598th COVID-19 death is a 76-year-old male in Washington County who tested positive on August 10 and died on October 4 at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. He had underlying conditions. Oregon’s 599th COVID-19 death is an 88-year-old female in Washington County who tested positive on September 28 and died on October 9 at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. She had underlying conditions.
