Amends language to allow the use of electric motors on North and South Twin Lakes for boaters with disabilities. Action: Option to adopt rule; Consideration for Rulemaking OAR 250-020-0280, Boat Operations in Multnomah County. Consideration of data regarding the stretch of the Willamette River between Willamette Falls and the Sellwood Bridge. Action: Option to propose rules; and, Consideration for Rulemaking OAR 250-020-0280, Boat Operations in Multnomah County. Creates additional boating regulations on the Willamette River in the vicinity of Ross Island Action: Option to adopt rule.
