Angus Brandt scored a team-high 16 points and Devon Collier added 14 of his own to propel Oregon State to a 68-57 victory over Washington State on Thursday night at Gill Coliseum. Brandt shined for the Beavers, recording 12 of his 16 points in the first half, which helped keep Oregon State (14-11, 6-7 Pac-12) ahead for the majority of the contest. The big Australian went 5-of-9 from the field and grabbed two rebounds in the winning effort. Oregon State hosts Washington in a Pac-12 men’s basketball game Saturday, 1 p.m., in Corvallis.
