Hallice Cooke and Eric Moreland each scored a career-high 23 points, but Oregon State could not overcome a 15-point first half deficit, falling 96-92 to Radford in the opening round of the College Basketball Invitational (CBI) on Wednesday night at Gill Coliseum. Oregon State (16-16, 8-10 Pac 12) fell behind by 15-points in the first half, but would bring it to within two, 94-92 with 10 seconds to play in the contest, but it was too little too late for the Beavers, as Radford (22-12, 10-6 Big South) held on to win.
