The Oregon State Beavers start a 4-game road trip in Pullman, WA taking on Washington State Thursday, Nov. 6 at 5:30. OSU will then travel to Seattle and face No. 2 Washington at 5 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 9.

After putting down another 38 kills and earning back-to-back double-doubles Mary-Kate Marshall has been named Pac-12 Freshman of the Week for the third time during the 2014 season. Marshall helped the Beavers to a split on the weekend, falling to No. 1 Stanford Friday before defeating California Sunday afternoon. The freshman from Coppell, Texas continues to be the only underclassman in the top-10 kills-per-set for the Pac-12 sitting at No. 5, with 5 seniors and 4 juniors joining her in the top-10.

University of Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota was named one of 16 semifinalists for the Davey O’Brien National Quarterback Award, the selection committee announced Tuesday. Mariota, a junior from Honolulu, leads the nation in passing efficiency (187.20) and total touchdowns (34) while pacing the fifth-ranked Ducks to an 8-1 mark to this point in the season.
