Oregon State’s football team fell 35-7 at Michigan Saturday. The Beavers (1-1) host San Jose State Saturday in Corvallis. The Beavers’ volleyball team lost 3-0 to Brigham Young at Provo, UT Friday. The two played again on Saturday, and BYU prevailed 3-1. Oregon State (2-6) plays at UC Irvine, Irvine, CA, Friday.

Oregon’s cross country teams took first in the men’s and women’s races at the Bill Dellinger Invitational Friday in Eugene. The women’s soccer team beat visiting Air Force, 3-0, Friday in Eugene. Oregon (2-5) hosts Portland State in Eugene Friday. The Duck football team fell 31-28 at Michigan State Saturday night in a nationally televised game. Oregon (1-1) hosts Georgia State Saturday in Eugene.
