Bethy Rossos has been chosen to represent Oregon in the 13th annual Great American Seafood Cook-Off (GASCO) in New Orleans, LA on August 6th, 2016. Rossos’ appointment has been confirmed by the Governor’s office and she will be accompanied by a Seafood OREGON delegation to the event. As a TV personality on Master Chef, Wanted Adventure Woman, Adrenaline Hunter and Outdoor GPS, Bethy’s life is full of adventure. As much as TV is part of her life, being a caterer, private chef, cooking instructor/demonstrator and gourmet food truck owner are just a few of her ‘other’ duties when she isn’t teaching or writing for her cooking blog. Bethy will be joined at the competition by sous chef and sister Rachel Cox who works by her side in her catering business along with owning her own business.
