McLoughlin, of Milton-Freewater, won the OSAA 4A softball championship 7-0 over Henley at the OSU Softball Complex in Corvallis Saturday. In other games: South Salem beat North Medford 5-3 for the 6A crown; Pendleton downed Putnam 2-1 for the 5A title; Rainier over Vale 5-1 in the 3A contest; and, Union/Cove won the 2A/1A championship 2-1 over Bonanza.

Henley won its second straight 4A baseball state title Saturday at Volcanoes Stadium in Keizer, near Salem, 10-0 over Sisters. In other state championship games: North Medford won the 5A crown 3-2 over Sheldon; Sandy took the 5A game 8-3 over Hood River Valley; Glide beat Cascade Christian 7-2 for the 3A title; and, Monroe won the 2A/1A championship 2-1 over Weston-McEwen/Griswold.
