Banks (7-3) is No. 3, followed by No. 4 Banker (9-1), Philomath (9-2), and Marist Catholic (5-3) tied with Hidden Valley (5-5) at No. 6. Banks (9-1) leads the boy’s poll, followed by No. 2 Stayton (7-1); No. 3 Seaside (6-2); the Pirates (5-3); No. 5 Philomath (6-2), No. 6 Woodburn (7-1) and tied for No. 7 Gladstone (5-3) & Marshfield’s opponent Jan. 2, No. Marion (5-3). Valley Catholic (7-3) is No. 9 and Sweet Home (10-1) & Newport (7-3) are tied at No. 10. Marshfield’s boys host Newport Saturday. Coquille’s boys (5-5) are No. 10 in the 2A Poll. Coquille’s girls (10-0) are No. 2 behind Kennedy in their 2A Poll.
