Sixteen high school boys & girls basketball teams are in the Bay Area ready to play in the 2023 OSAA/On Point Community Credit Union 3A State Basketball Championships. Most of the qualifying teams arrived today, Wednesday. Tournament organizers will host a Seafood Dinner for the coaches at the NBHS Hall of Champions at 6 p.m., while the NBFD hosts the players to a BBQ meal. At 7 p.m., they’ll move into the NBHS main gym for a three-point shooting contest. Quarter-final playoff games are set to begin Thursday, 1:30 p.m. with the girls at NBHS and the boys at MHS.
