Sisters won the OSAA 4A State Volleyball Title Saturday night at Forest Grove High School. The Outlaws beat Valley Catholic 3-1 in the championship match. Hidden Valley finished third, Crook Co. beat Cottage Grove for fourth 3-1, Tillamook finished fifth and the Lions sixth. Scappoose and Baker were both 0-2 at the tourney.
