WHO: The Office of State Fire Marshal, Oregon State Police, Oregon Fire Chiefs Association, Oregon Fire Marshals Association, Oregon Volunteer Firefighters Association, Oregon Fire District Directors Association, Oregon Emergency Management, Oregon Legislators, Dignitaries, and Public Safety Representatives. WHAT: The Oregon Office of State Fire Marshal was established in 1917 by the Oregon Legislature through the passage of House Bill 226. This event is a celebration and recognition of the OSFM’s Century of Service in protecting citizens, their property, and the environment from fire and hazardous materials. The agenda includes official comments from the Governor’s office and other guests, a display of OSFM history, and light refreshments.
