On Thursday, August 8, 2019 a silver Cadillac Escalade SUV was involved in a fatal traffic crash on Hwy 30 near milepost 39 east of Rainier, Oregon. The silver Cadillac Escalade SUV was traveling from Astoria and was eastbound on Hwy 30. OSP is asking for the public’s assistance – if you witnessed the crash or saw the silver Cadillac Escalade SUV driving between 11:45 A.M. and the crash time of approximately 2:15 P.M. please contact the Oregon State Police Northern Command Center at *OSP (677) and reference Trooper Chris Cowen.
