Oregon State’s baseball team opened the 2021 season with a couple of wins in Arizona. Playing at Surprise, AZ, the Beavers lost to Kansas State 3-2 in the season opener but came back on Saturday to down New Mexico 14-1 and then beat Gonzaga 20-4 on Sunday. OSU (2-1) is scheduled to play New Mexico Monday, 2 p.m., FLOSPORTS TV. Oregon’s games with Omaha were cancelled.
