Oregon’s baseball team split a four-game season opening series with visiting Seattle Thursday through Sunday at PK Park in Eugene. The Ducks won the first two games 4-3, 6-0, but dropped the last two 4-2 & 8-4. Oregon (2-2) is scheduled to play UC Santa Barbara Friday, March 5, 3 p.m., Goleta, CA. Oregon State swept four games from Grand Canyon in Phoenix, AZ. The Beavers won 4-0, 3-1, 9-2 & 4-2. OSU (7-1) is scheduled to host Brigham Young Thursday, March 4, 5:35 p.m., Corvallis.
