Oregon State’s softball team dropped two-out-of-three at Arizona, Tucson, AZ in Pac-12 play. The Beavers won the opener Friday 9-4, but lost Saturday 6-3, and Sunday 6-3. OSU (4-16-1, 13-27-1) hosts Arizona State at Corvallis Friday through Sunday. Oregon’s softball team swept California at Berkeley, CA. The Ducks won Friday 9-1, Saturday 5-3 & Sunday 8-5. Oregon (14-7, 35-11) has Utah at home Friday through Sunday.

Oregon State swept three Pac-12 baseball games from visiting Arizona at Goss Stadium, Corvallis. The Beavers won Friday 2-1, Saturday 10-4, & Sunday 11-10. OSU (14-10, 30-13) hosts Oregon on Tuesday, followed by Utah, Friday through Sunday. Oregon’s baseball team took two-out-of-three from visiting Arizona State at PK Park, Eugene. On Friday, the Ducks won 11-5, Saturday 16-10, but Sunday the Sun Devils prevailed 9-6. Oregon (13-8, 30-13) is at Oregon State Tuesday and then play at USC Friday through Sunday.

EUGENE, Ore. – The Oregon track and field team racked up seven wins and four top-10 program efforts Saturday at the Desert Heat Classic in Tucson, Ariz. Coupled with their marks at the High Performance in Corvallis, the Ducks finished the penultimate weekend of the regular season with 19 top-three finishes and more than 30 lifetime and season bests. Up Next: The Ducks close out the regular season next Friday, May 5, by hosting the Oregon Twilight. The meet will double as Senior Day with a ceremony scheduled for approximately 6:15 p.m. to celebrate and honor this year’s class.

OSU release – CORVALLIS, Ore. – Throwers Keely McLaughlin and Ella Knott provided the highlights for Oregon State on day two of the Oregon State High Performance Meet. McLaughlin broke her own school record in the shot put in her final home meet, providing the moment of the day on Saturday. The senior finished first in the event as well with a throw of 15.38m/50-05.50. She originally set the record of 50-4.75 in 2019 and held the record for nearly her entire time as a Beav. Ella Knott reached new heights too, bumping herself all the way up to the no. 3 spot on the OSU Top 10 in the javelin with a throw of 50.25m/164-10.00. Knott’s mark would have ranked among the top-40 in the nation entering the day. It surpassed her previous personal best by over 10 feet. “From a meet management perspective, this was the best outdoor meet in the Northwest this season.
