It was three an out for Oregon State in its annual rivalry volleyball match at Matthew Knight Arena, Friday, Eugene. Oregon won its thirteen-straight Pac-12 match, 3-0, over the Beavers who finish the regular season with a 2-18 league record and 7-23 overall. The Ducks finish 17-3 in the Pac-12, and 23-5 overall. Stanford (19-1, 24-4) wins the league title with the Ducks second. Oregon is the No. 3 seed for the upcoming NCAA Tournament. The Ducks will host both First and Second Rounds at the Matthew Knight Arena, Eugene. The First Round match will be with Loyola Marymount, California, Friday, 7 p.m.

The orange and black rule the collegiate football world in Oregon again. Oregon State comes from behind at home Saturday to down Oregon 38-34 at Reser Stadium, Corvallis. The Beavers finish 6-3 in the Pac-12, and 9-3 overall. The Ducks are 7-2 & 9-3. Both will now wait for the College Bowl Selection Committee to decide their post season bowl game.

Oregon’s women got a split at the PK85 Legacy Basketball Tournament, Portland, with a loss Thursday to North Carolina 85-79, but a win over Michigan State 86-78 Sunday. The Ducks (5-1) have a non-league game with Portland on Saturday, Dec. 3, 2 p.m., Matthew Knight Arena, Eugene, Pac-12 Networks. Oregon State dropped two in Portland. On Friday, Iowa won 73-59 and on Sunday, Duke won 54-41. The Beavers (4-2) are scheduled to host Southern University Thursday, Dec. 1, 11 a.m., Gill Coliseum, Corvallis, Oregon State Live Stream.

Oregon’s men’s participation in the PK85 Legacy Basketball Tournament at Portland last weekend turned into two losses and one win. Oregon fell Thursday to Connecticut 83-59, lost Friday to Michigan State 74-70, but beat Villanova Sunday 74-67. The Ducks (3-4) open Pac-12 play Thursday, Dec. 1, Washington State, 7:30 p.m., Matthew Knight Arena, Eugene, Pac-12 Networks. Oregon State dropped three games in Portland. On Thursday, OSU fell to Duke 54-51, on Friday, the Beavers lost to Florida 81-68, and on Sunday, Portland State won 83-71. Oregon State (3-4) is scheduled to host Washington, Thursday, Dec. 1, Gill Coliseum, Corvallis, ESPNU.
