Oregon’s volleyball team went 1-2 at the Hofstra Invitational this past weekend in Hempstead, NY. The Ducks lost to St. Johns Thursday 3-1, fell Friday to Duke 3-2, and then beat Hofstra that night 3-0. Oregon (4-5) opens Pac-12 play at Oregon State Thursday, 5:30 p.m. on the Pac-12 Networks. Oregon State’s volleyball team went 0-3 at the Homewood Suites UNC/CSU Classic in Colorado. On Thursday, the Beavers fell 3-2 to Northern Colorado in Greely. On Friday, OSU lost 3-1 to Colorado State in Fort Collins. On Saturday, also at Fort Collins, the Beavers lost 3-1 to Cal Poly. Oregon State (6-5) has the Ducks in Gill Coliseum Thursday to open Pac-12 play.
