Pacific Properties Moves to New Location, Jan. 20

Randy and Kelly Hoffine, owners of Pacific Properties, have announced plans to expand their real estate office and move to 810 S. Broadway in Coos Bay. The business was established in 1989 by Jerry and Fran Worthen and was one of the most reputable and productive offices in Coos County. Jerry felt he was in the “service not sales” business always willing to share his knowledge and develop personal relationships with his customers and clients. He had hopes of keeping the business in the family and was fortunate when daughter Kelly married Randy Hoffine. Jerry and Randy served as Coos County Board of Realtors Presidents and both have been honored as Realtor of Year. Jerry retired in 2007 and Randy has worked hard to build the business with the same philosophy of personal service and attention to detail. To better serve the community, Randy and Kelly purchased the building at 810 S. Broadway with plans to add additional quality Realtors and thus enable them to better assist their clients. Their unfranchised office will continue to put the needs of their clients and customers first.
