On THURSDAY, April 25, 2019 at approximately 4:15 P.M. Oregon State Police and emergency personnel responded to a two vehicle crash on Hwy 211 at the intersection of Hillockburn Rd in Clackamas County. Preliminary investigation revealed that a maroon 2004 Honda CRV, operated by Sam H Oroke (72) of Colton, was traveling northbound on Hwy 211 and crossed into the southbound lanes colliding with a black 2013 Nissan Maxima, operated by Jimmie Grimes (75) of Colton. Grimes was transported for injuries. The passenger in the Maxima, Janet Grimes (75) of Colton, was transported to a Portland area hospital where she was pronounced deceased. Oroke was transported for injuries. Hwy 211 was closed for approximately one hour following the crash.
