Starting Monday morning, July 14, motorists should expect 15-minute delays and a reduced speed of 35 mph for a chip seal project on an 11-mile stretch (milepost 9-20) of Oregon 138W between Elkton and Sutherlin.  The chip seal project, running from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, will use a pilot car for traffic control. The temporary 35 mph speed limit will remain in effect all week.  Motorists are advised to use caution and watch for flying rock.
