On November 25, 2019 at approximately 5:30am Oregon State Police and emergency personnel responded to a pedestrian fatal on I-205 near milepost 13. Preliminary investigation indicates unit #1 was traveling northbound when they struck a pedestrian who was standing in the middle of I205. Shortly after that law-enforcement received several calls of a hazard in the middle of the road on I -205. While units were responding, unit # 2 also struck the pedestrian. Both drivers are cooperating with the investigation. All lanes of northbound I-205 are closed and are not expected to open for at least an hour but a detour has been established.
