Investigators into Saturday’s fatal pedestrian involved crash on Century Drive at Kizer Avenue in Albany have located the vehicle they believe may have been involved in the incident. The pedestrian who was struck and died as a result of the incident has been identified as 29-year-old JERRELL RIDLEY STEVENS TRUE, of Albany. STEVENS family has been notified. According to OSP Detective Sergeant Gregg Withers, yesterday around 4:00 p.m., an adult female arrived at the Albany Police Department and told investigators she was involved in an incident in that area and is cooperating with investigators. As an active investigation no additional information about this incident is available at this time. Any additional updates will be provided in cooperation with the Linn County District Attorney’s Office.
