The investigation is continuing into a Thursday afternoon, Dec. 26, accident on the North Oregon Coast where a 72-year old female, operating a 2005 Nissan Passenger, struck a 20-year old male attempting to cross Hwy. 101 shortly before 3 p.m. The unidentified pedestrian was critically-injured and taken to Legacy Emanuel Medical Center in Portland.
