According to an entry on the CBPD log for April 24, 9:37 a.m., 1100 block Newmark Ave., 37-year old Ekohe Alice Black, aka Tiffany Murga, arrested on CBPD warrants charging FTA on Burglary 1st Degree, Theft Second Degree, & FTA on Theft Third Degree & Criminal Trespass Second Degree, “Black was transported to CCJ.”

Burglary
According to an entry on the CBPD log for April 24, 2:26 p.m., 500 block So. Empire Blvd., “burglary/theft,” 49-year old Martin Virgil Stallings charged with Burglary II & Theft II, “Stallings transported to CCJ.”

Indecent
According to an entry on the CBPD log for April 24, 2:29 p.m., Empire Lakes, John Topits Park, “indecent exposure.”

Warrant
According to an entry on the CBPD log for April 24, 3:11 p.m., Coos Bay Boardwalk, 59-year old Joseph Allen Boyd arrested on three CBPD warrants charging FTA Disorderly Conduct II; FTA on Menacing & Criminal Trespass II; FTA Criminal Citation; and, additional two CCSO warrants charging FTA Criminal Trespass I, Theft III & Giving False Info to Peace Officer in Connection with Citation/Warrant; FTA Criminal Citation, “Boyd cited in lieu of custody.”

Loud Noise
