Kevin Greenwood has been offered the job of Port of Newport Manager. The 46-year old Greenwood has been the port director at Garibaldi on the North Oregon Coast. Depending upon a background check and salary and benefit negotiations, Greenwood would replace Don Mann, who was credited with helping the Port of Newport to attract NOAA’s Pacific Fleet base to Yaquina Bay, and in the renovation of the international terminals.
