Written comment will be accepted until 12 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 by sending an email to portcoos@portofcoosbay.com with the subject line ‘Public Comment’. An Executive Session has also been scheduled on Tuesday, October 20, 2020, immediately after the Commission Meeting, as authorized under ORS 192.660(2), to: (d) conduct deliberations with person designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations; (e) conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions; (h) consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed; and (j) carry on negotiations under ORS Chapter 293 with private persons or businesses regarding proposed acquisition, exchange or liquidation of public investments.
