The Portland Trailblazers handed the visiting Houston Rockets a 116-103 NBA loss at the Moda Center in Portalnd Wednesday night. The Blazers enter the All Star break with a 27-27 record, seventh place in the Western Conference playoff race. Portland next plays Feb. 19 at home to Golden State.
